hey i am trying to put my pic in the avatar but it kept on saying that the pic is too big and it's JGP so can you help me out to get it fixed because i found my fave pic and would like to put it in my avatar. thanks! :)

Anybody can help me out with it ??? also , I still have no clue how to make signture. I have been struggle with it for heck long time... I hope someone would help me out with signture direction cuz i wanna to learn how to do it ... even meg etc ... so i can make it myself without depend on someone to make it for me ..
