This is just something random and hypothetical.

Let's say - You're opening your door and you see there's 2 police officers standing there. What's your first thought?

For me - The first thing that comes to my mind probably would be "Did I do something bad?" :lol:
 
Had it happen to me. First thing came to mind was. Who, in my family been a tragic accident.
 
"Are you gonna arrest me?" :lol:
 
2 officers - "oh..... who died?"
several officers - "fuck!!! it's the feds!" <initiating hard drive erase>

Seen the papers too often that people are caught with stuff on their computers.

The night that I had two officers come to my door. Was the night a desperate friend that could not get a hold of me. (she was drunk) I would not answer the phone. SO she called dispatch and made a story to have the police to do a welfare check on me.

I was :pissed: at 3 am. Holy cow! I went to her house the next day and :pissed: her out majorly!! Told her she needed to find some other drunk line to call when she feels "chatty"




That was about 4 years ago.
 
I had the 2 policemen came to my house few years ago, turns out the phone dialed 911 by itself. The cop came by to check to make sure everything is ok. My roommate and I have separate line, which I used to have TTY line back then. When the policeman radioed the dispatcher which number did we call the 911 system? Turns out to be my roommate's phone so we had the phone company fix it.

Does that happen to any of you?

Wishing I had a mirror by the door and make sure I look alright before I go in for my mug shot ;)

My nephew called 911 before. During daylight. cops came banging on the door at my sister in laws house. She freaked.

Long story short. Cops said happens again charges will be filed..... Nephew got his butt in trouble that day.

Looking scared and what did I do wrong??


One time long time ago when my nephew was about a 2 yrs old and he make a phone call and was talking to someone. My sister came out of the bathroom and asked him who was he talking to. He didnt answered so my sister took the phone from him and said hello. The other end said this is State Polce from California. OOPS!!! my sister felt so embrassing and said sorry to that guy and hang up. Then she called the phone company about the long distance call that her son made was removed from the bill. LOL
 
First thing that would come to my mind would be "What's going on?"

That happened to us about 2 months ago when the cops arrested my hubby at our house at 3 AM...I was beyond shocked cuz I was awakened by the doorbell light going off.
