Hello,
My name is Lois Buckley. Since the article, I have donated blood about 20 times. I encourage you, the Deaf community, to join and donate blood. Please let me know if you have any question.
 
Hello I am deaf blind and I also donate blood. It will be my 3rd session in August. I would have donated blood sooner but they put barriers in my way. My com guide wasn't allowed to interpret for me. I had to bring my portable CCTV with me and with the help of the staff I communicate by reading the form and also further questions for me. At least it works but they don't exactly make it easy.
