NY bill to restrict mug shot access - 13WHAM ABC Rochester NY - Top Stories

I think it is very reasonable and fair bill and should pass into law! This would help Jury vote the right verdict. You know, our constitution state that all suspect of any violations are treated as innocent until proven guilty in the court of law. It wouldn't be fair for truly innocent to have their snapshot and publish in public only to cause long lasting damages on them.

BTW, I still think NYS needs to reform their government and kick Andrew Cuomo out of office. He will not have my next vote!

Oh well, NYS is very liberal state so they may replace with different democrat or anti-gun republican that you don't like them. NYS isn't gun-friendly climate.

I think that PA is better for you if you prefer to stay in northern state, or Florida, Texas or Arizona if you want go to the south.

Well for me, both of my son is on top of priority and they haven't finish their school yet. If it were not for my kids, I'm outta of here.

Oh I see, you could wait for US Supreme Court to strike NYS gun control laws down, but I will not surprised if NYS Legislature try to pass new gun control guns after court kill them and it is very messy in legal system.

I think rural NYS are gun-friendly, is it true?

I was consider about go to RIT but I picked DC metro because of milder climate, mixed southern/northern transplant and VA is very gun-friendly, even better than Alabama, but I have no way to store the guns on Gallaudet campus, but living off campus in VA is not problem.
