It is interesting to see percent how many user use VP as most usage VP to VP than VRS. Plus the way they push user to use more VRS. They should change the words as infamous from Sorenson as I remember the trainer mention...
they say to me that time Sorenson release VP100 and their words, 'You use our service, you help other Deaf person get free VP100 and expand service goal into (whatever new goal). If you don't use Sorenson service then other Deaf wouldn't get chance to use VRS or Deaf point to point.' They vision to explain as we use VRS alot in order to help service grow and expanding into Deaf community. Again, I know some doesn't want talk to hearing people period!
They should target to focus on user who use VRS alot then that important until the target success as 3 months plan or whatever Telus want. So point to point; but they should simple remove the feature point to point. Until they see how many people user and experienced USA user that different devices/VRS must use IP Address before NeuStar into VRS industry become easier. I understand they choose one provider.
It something they need begin to start, but they already spoiling them as 'too late' and they prefer point to point. Would that made sense? It business marketing...
They need new picture of why waiting interpreter too long appear on screen. It is interesting that they didn't shares information how many "USER" hang up before get interpreter on screen.
The marketing should focus on that one and share to see where improvement there and make marketing those user who tend to hang up before interpreter appear on screen.
Instead say.. HEY! YOU GUY NEED USE VRS MORE ... sound like bossy or controlling... I understand they try to success with VRS industry into their home town
