Yes exactly, I was struggle to communication with spanish people because they cant read English writing. I had to point my finger at that pictures. It is awful frustrated for the Deaf people to communicate in writing with fast food order employees who are immigrants. grrrrrrr It waste my time because they get me wrong food then wait in long line back to get right order. I wonder why they hire people who can't read in English?
