Fan sues MLB, ESPN, Yankees and commentators

I remember the cameras use to catch people picking their nose. How can you fall asleep in the 2nd row of any baseball game. Looks like he had a few too many beers maybe.
 
Thought I had read somewhere that the commentators did not make the comments he is claiming they did...
 
I doubt he was not aware that he was in a public venue with cameras all over the place and that they show close ups of people at the venue & on TV. As far as I'm concerned, by buying the ticket (or accepting a free ticket) he consented to being filmed and appearing on TV.

I believe I read that there is a statement on the back of ones ticket that says exactly what you are talking about. This guy was so out of it. Fans all around him and he is sound asleep. The cameras try to catch funny things going on. So many people try extra hard to be on camera.
 
I would be sportsman with them instead bitching because it's rare to get on frickin TV!!!! Good grief!
