While Republican's want a system that is fair for everyone.
Yeah paying 535 people to make decisions on how to spend the money sounds REAL efficent. 
Not to mention these are the people that funded the Robotic bees and turtle bridges. I would rather give to people in need
Again with the more efficent. There are plenty of charities for the poor....and they are very efficent. Unlike our government. Roads and Military? of course we must tax for those.
