Well, for guys, it's tough
It is easier for ladies to fill a claim. but for guys it's tough.. it have happened to me , i just run away. Nope i havn't done the VPO. I run away and never let them know where i am for years.. till the rumors spread.. they find me.. but now they leave me alone.. ironic isn't it?
It's up to you if you want to fill a claim on them.. but i don't know what the law is for a guys to do it.. or fill a Restrution Order (spell?) but i think you know what i mean. I know you have to pay for it, (here in minn. you have to pay $100) but for ur state i dunno.

restraining and protection order
Definitly a restraining and protection order!!!! Be insistant as some police think "women can't harrass guys" It's hard to believe that stuff like this still happens!!!!! Kind of funny that this was posted today, as I was watching Fatal Attraction on Lifetime the other day.

I have copy the printer and several thing. I have some link of friend mine has same problem which is woman. I hate when that those stuff happen. The fee over here that I am not pay anything. It cost 180 dollar per person plus fee court. Curious, is that part of deaf communites are like that or what is that called?deafdyke said:

have a relationship with them and be a clingy psycho.
i had to deal with 2 different womyns who just simply doesnt know what "leave me alone" means and seems to make a point in harrassing me, calling/IMing me, etc etc EVEN to the point of asking same friends on whats going on with me but no ive not gotten to the point of filing a restraining/protection orders cuz i just ignore them or do not answer the calls/IMs or snail mail letters/emails -- i know its frustrating to deal with clingy women or women who just THINKS theyre in love with a person when its not really LOVE its more of the case of fatal attraction like deafdyke has mentioned and the VERY kind of womyn i definately would avoid!!! ideafspy -- ur description sounds like the woman is stalking u similar to fatal attraction movie that deafdyke had mentioned and i agree with everybody's suggestion to get a restraining order/protection order if the woman lives locally in ur home area

Ideafspy, get a restraining order if the girl lives locally. $180 is cheaper than you think. Once you get RO, girl will go to jail for violating the RO. Hopefully, it will teach her some lessons. I wish you good luck, Ideafspy.

Oh shit.. Looks like I might have to file a protection order against my exwife. She was stalking me last weekend! I will note how much it cost and what needs to be done to get an RO/PO in effect.

I was DV victim.. and other among guys/one gal.. who was harassing me..
I tried to file order protection.. on guy and gal (different times/year) but turned down because of lack of evidences..
All you have to is.. avoid that person in area.. dont talk about that person to others or that person.. -zip- and move on .. do other things .. find something keep you busy.. if that person still bothers you by ims/emails.. simple block or delete.. or considering about moving out of that area or town or state. (if you have a child to visit-- stuck but you always can move out of the *area* and dont give out the address-- dont let that person meet you at your place.. meet 1/2 way to pick or drop a child.... )
Once you slip to say a word to that person or other about that person.. it will go back at you..
I know its hard.. but if physically contact harassing.. simple call cop.. and ask cop to remove that person from your proptery.. and keep that report.. so you have evidence to file report on that person.. later, if you decided to give that person a chance for relationship-- my advice.. don't and think hard what that person have done to you.. once that person harassed or beat up.. will repeatly..
For the spouse/lovers/even friends--Dont wait.. so long.. if that person hit or beat or verbal abuse.. otherwise you will end up dead or bad injury even permanment.. I waited too long-- I ended up almost dead, I was coma for 16 hours.. and had 4 stabbed wounds, lost upper whole teeth.. I have permanment scarred in my mind and my jaw.. the denture that you have to clean everyday, it haunts you.. :/ I am trying to have it fixed to have permanment denture (which snap in)
Have faith and be safe.. dont feel that you are alone.. there are alot of people who cares about you and love you even you dont know that! (even if you have children-- think twice about them and they need you to fulfilliness their life!)

this michigan has four differents kind of protection order
number one is when you are abused or harmessment from someone and go to the "ymca" and they gives a free protection order paper...... there are no cost......
number two is .... when you go to the court and look for protection order office and apply there and yes, you have to pay for the police s mileage cost.... how long someone live near your house?
number three is..... if you have a problems with your client and go to the police station and ask for apply protective order and sometime the police give you a free cost and depend how the police feel first......
the final number four is..... sometime when you go to court protective office and the judge will force you go to the lawyer first and lets the lawyer explain to the judge why you apply for the protective order?
i have been expericed about the protective order and i have been the vitiums( i cant spell ) by someone that i cant stand with ! i am so afraid to tell you because someone can tell another person who can hurt me and my kids .......
sometime the police ignorce the protective order and make me pissed off!

i already helped a few peoples that i cares and i always helps them to get a protective order
