ever make a relay call from anywhere in world to Colorado?

I am doing research and looking for anyone that has ever used any form of relay from any location in the world to call any organization or person in Larimer County and/or Boulder County in Colorado, USA in 2005 and/or 2006. This project will hopefully lead to improvement of acceptance of relay calls and public awareness of how to communicate with those who use relay. If you have ever used a TTY, ip relay, any version of internet based relay, video relay, VCO (voice carry over), CapTel, speech to speech, or made any other kind of relay assisted call to any person in Larimer and/or Boulder County in Colorado, please contact me. It would be so helpful for you to do a very short survey – there potential financial compensation for time spent.
