Well, have a lot of lookers now but no bites yet. Agent said the market is picking and Im getting a ton of hits online ( same people saving, marking as favorite...ect...) so being schools are getting out soon the buyers will be out to look for a potential home to relocate and all since this is a very favorable area and school district as its high ranked in the educational field.
I on the otherhand am gearing up for winter if it doesnt sell, and if it does the new buyers will be stocked with firewood. Recently found out my moms cousin owns a tree cutting business and sells firewood, offered me all I want free (family) so Im going to load up for the winter and cut my heating costs, so we will see....

He is taking advantage of the spring/summer weather to do outside things that will help keep the place comfortable next winter.
