That was the guy that could tell people what was ailing them by lying down on his couch and going into a trance. He also made predictions. I saw a show about him on either the History Channel or the Discovery Channel. It was rather facinating.

He died, but his predictions can be looked up at some sort of library. Many of his predictions did not come true, but then again many did.
 
It's easy to make predictions when they're vague.

I could say, "You will go between two big structures and something big will happen to you."

One day, you're walking at the mall and you walk through two big sculptures that they had recently erected. The next thing you know, you find a $100 bill.

Another day, you're driving off-road and drive between two huge rocks. Suddenly, you crash and nearly die.

So, was that a prediction or it just happened and you saw it that way?
