Just read a few accounts of people having issue with dampness ands or humidity with processors. The first 18 months I had my Harmony unit (17 years ago) it was back and forth with AB. I came across the web site for Ear Gear and took a chance with them. After 15 years I have not had to get help from AB who by the way are absolutely the greatest in customer service. Would recommend Ear Gear every day
