Beer-delivery drone grounded by FAA - CNN.com

 Oh boy, it's not gonna happen ever.

Even once FAA regulations are in place, we likely won't see the skies filling up with beer deliveries. Interested companies will have to get proper training and licenses.
"We are concerned about possible careless and reckless operation, especially if someone on the ground is hurt by an object or objects falling from the [UAVs]," said Cory, citing the FAA regulation that prohibits careless flying.

I don't support to use drone for commercial purpose and I don't want them to spy at us.

After a large, loaded drone falls on your head, the only thing left will be the helmet. :P

Yeah, cause they carry explosives capable of leveling an entire city block or larger. However, they don't carry those here in the US. Only overseas.

Wear helmet will fix it.

They weigh a LOT. Like 2,000-3,000 pounds. That, and they cost millions of dollars to develop and maintain. And they're also classified, as well-- to a point.

Drones make good practice for duck hunting. :P

Oh wow, I remember about small town in Colorado want shoot the drone down.

Colorado town considers licensing bounty hunters to shoot down drones | The Daily Caller

I would bet if that happens Dog the Bounty Hunter would have FIELD DAY. However.... let's be realistic, though-- drones do have their purposes-- they serve as spotters for search and rescue missions, and they also help fight wildfires, as well. They don't just blow up buildings in wartime; they also do good, too. I prefer to think of the good they do instead of what they're capable of.

I could only imagine in future, there'd be drones everywhere to deliver something clogging up the airspace and frightening/injuring the birds.

Drone vs. bald eagle :hmm:

That would be too wierd! I think they want to add on top of the GPS mobile locators they already use. Here's a hint: doñ't want to be followed at the mall or other major public places? Turn your mobile off. ;)
