Are you jealous that family may have more $$$ than you?? Some charities help families with sick kids take small trips so who know that could had been the case here.

I hope the boy, even his parents, would take good care of the puppy. I just don't know about that.

Nice to have a black Labrador dog to help guests in the hotel. Unusual. :hmm:
 
Many hotels also have apartments in them. The friends I have mentioned here who live near the DC torture murder lived in the DC Ritz-Carlton in their condos before they bought their house.

Or not....given that the child is sick, they're probably in Boston for treatment at Children's Hospital. Not every room at the Copley is $$$. It's entirely possible that friends and neighbors might have helped pay for their expenses too so the family could make the appointment.

and the hotel could have discount rates for people bringing their sick child to Children's Hospital.
 
Also, hotel is cheaper than stay at hospital overnight.
 
the dog going off to be properly trained as working dog for this young boy,i hope it works out well
