My b/f lets me know when I say words wrong, there are a few of them but I can't think of what they are at the moment.  Usually I say words like how they appear in writing, and miss silent letters and combos of letters and stuff like that.  My speech impediment people tell me now just sounds like a slight English accent, or so I am told.
