LOL... love this thread... Though I'm hearing I know 6 languages and speak/understand 4 languages fluently. I'm juggling every day between those four main languages and sometimes pronounciation sucks LOL. It's funny...
I love every way of communication, no matter how you say or pronounce it. Eventually the other person in front of you will understand what you mean 
And if that doesn't work, I'm sure a pen and notepad will do just fine
