Or it takes a long time to heal. Like football neck injury when you spear for a tackle

you asked sweeping question..i expect if you top division football player like Beckham it get better quicker..the more money you got I guess the quicker you heal you be sent to sport injury doctor...joe bloggs have get on with ice pack

It totally depends on the injury. There is no one-size-fits-all answer.

I had bone removed from hand I gather it sport injury but sure no get it doing sport

The brain injuries in football players are now showing to cause terrible long term effects.

Seems it took years for my discolated right shoulder injury (falling off a 10=speed bike onto the concrete)....its fine now....but after slamming into a wall with my left shoulder.....:hmm:so aggravating!...and aching.

Its obvious sports such as boxing or football csuse drastic injuries to athletes..
Its noT hard to understand at all

That’s sad. After all he’s been through.

I had a sports injury back in my 30s while playing football. It just went away then without much trouble. 12 years later, I need a session of active release technique in Toronto every month at the Physiomed clinic nearby.

Ali’s Parkinson's was not because of his boxing, but all those hours in the ring did have it’s effect on his body.

You never fully recover from ANY injury... Im living proof.
All my childhood injuries Ive had, I recovered from (or should I was healed) then as I got older they all came back to haunt me for the rest of my life....
My neck, My back, everything goes crack !!!!

My left shoulder still aches and "pops"...(after I fell and slammed into the wall)...still exercise it several times a day as I don't want it to "freeze" on me....no pain killers as I'm anti-pills...Now, if I was 20 years younger, it would be healed by now....but guessing I'm gonna suffer with this until I croak!... I cuss at it (the shoulder) every AM when I awake...:giggle:
