Thinking of this, I think this is ridiculous. Kids would wonder why parents are not in the house together? Why is it Mom and then Dad, but not at the same time? Kids are not that stupid. They probably figure that parents are not together.
With everything involved with all parties, I would think it would be easier to spend time at each parents' residences.
Then again, I don't have any kids of my own so what do I know?
