Phone company, electricity, gas, cable and some kind of utilities?
 
I've had problems with the cable company before. Telling me they were suppose to show up and never came. Other than that, I haven't had a problem
 
im expecting a gas company on june 2 to come and set up, and guess what, they told me to be home between 8 am to 4pm, wtf. damn..
 
yep, phone company charged me for LD I didnt even called those numbers it must be third party hate to call them why charge that for?

electric, no, cool, first month since we moved in didnt charged me but next month, landlord fault didnt notice them so they gave me free :P

I dont have gas never, cable and utilities fine. :)
 
well the only trouble is that its expensive and eats up me wallet too oftens that it
 
Only one problem is deal with phone. Several calls from other country I did not made. So I asked QWest to remove it. But not that easy than my expect.

About electronic, water, gas, heat, and cable seem no problem at all.
 
SBC was very BAD company... (California) about DSL.. That is worst one. I was pissed because they kept putting me on hold.... hold...hold.... transfer to other dept..hold...hold..hold...... transfer back to same dept...hld...hld...hld..... transfer to different dept..hld...hld.... like an hour or couple of hrs..I was like IM not going to SIT my ass and wait for them to say sumthing...

Since we moved in this house.. We dont have any problems.. with utilities.. and better than i used to live in an apt before we moved.. I think they are more respect or focus on house owners first than housing project homes or apartments. :dunno:
 
But one thing, something happened tonight that we had long bad storms (and still on till thru night) one of our huge tree branches broke and landed on the house.. its kind of hefty one, no way one of us will take it out.. who should we call? charge? hehe

Now u know why we all hate bureaucrats when it comes to doing shit like that.
