Luck's a funny word, yanno?
Without bad luck, how would we even know what's good in our lives?? 
I have a lot to be thankful for.
But since you're asking... My husband, for one. He came into my life during a difficult period for me. I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for him! He changed my attitude, my views on life, and because of him, I was able to see more clearly into my own future. Next, I'm so so so grateful for my three children. I love them all. They make me completely crazy, but that's just their job, now, isn't it? LOL. I have very few REAL friends, but that only makes them more special to me - so yes, I'm lucky for that, too. I'm also lucky that I survived a bout with meningitis...could have been a lot worse had I gotten to the hospital a few hours later than I did...so someone was looking out for me on that day.
The bad luck? That's something I'll have to know you guys better to reveal...but we all have our share, and it just makes us appreciate the finer things that we experience. Believe me, it took me a very long time to see it that way, but it is possible.
