DHH playgroups?

How and where do preschool(age 1-5 especially) dhh children or coda socialize? I want my son to be around and socialize with signing peers, just like hearing children have that opportunity. I have searched and searched though and only just recently found 1 group (it is sponsored by these teachers that want to videotape the children signing to show language progression in asl or whatever). It is cool, but I'd like something a little more like a regular old playdate--kids go to the park, the zoo, storytime, festivals, etc. etc. I am thinking I will maybe start my own group like that. Does anyone belong to any dhh playgroups? Has anyone started their own? Would you be interested if somebody started a group like that in your area?

Oh it is great idea if you start on your own cuz I am sure thing will pick up and will spread the gossip around.

Thanks for the support. I guess I will start the group after my spring semester ends and let you on the message board know about it.
