Enjoy! :)

These are really funny, thanks for the laugh!!!

love Dennis too. Have a few Dennis the Menace comic books on my bookshelf, they were my dad's from when he was a kid (he left behind a box full of comic books, most of them Peanuts, but some Doonesbury, BC, Dennis, etc.). Always fun to flip through the pages and laugh.

:lol:

These are great. I'd kind of forgotten about Dennis the Menace. I used to read him all the time a long time ago.

Man...what a trip down memory lane....loved to read the comics of Dennis...

If I knew where my big bag of Mad Magazines was, I'd go get a picture of one of their spoofs...

Dennis runs into the kitchen carrying a skull, telling his mother: "Look what I found inside Mr. Wilson's head!"

This is so strange for me. I had to give it a quick google. Dennis the Menace is completely different in Scotland. He had black hair and a dog called Gnasher.

I'll include a snippet of a comic below;

No idea. What other cartoon characters do you guys have? We actually have quite a few funny unique Scottish one's such as 'The Broons' and 'Oor Wullie' :laugh2:

It is interesting :) I've also heard that tons of American Cartoon TV shows also have English accents here but American accents in America. It's quite amusing :mrgreen:

My sister always goes on about them.

Many, many, many,.......years ago, I had a comic book (thick one) from Scotland that a neighbor gave me (they were from Scotland and she got it from a relative that visited). I don't know what happened to it, though. :(
