Dennis Hopper has died.

Me neither. Lots of people dying these days.. I think it's that time that all the idols and stars of the 70-80's-90s are starting to pass away. :(
 
RIP. I saw him in many great movies. Easyrider and many others.
 
My favorite movie that he played a psycho bad guy was Blue Velvet. He will be remembered by many for a long time to come. It's a legacy few attain. :(

Dennis Hopper passed away at 74

He was supposed to be here in my town from last October for filming his latest film but somehow, he fell ill a several days before flying to Buffalo. So he had received his Walk of Fame star in Hollywood little over 2 months ago. As he was sitting along with Jack Nicholson, he lost 100 pounds, woefully thin and was too weak to have a chance to beat his chemo-therapy. successfully. I predicted that he would die within this year. RIP Dennis.

Yeah, I agree with you, Douglas. He had prostate cancer like Michael Landon of the "Little House On The Prairie". Anyway, cancer sucks big time. I am very sad he had to go like this. Rest in Peace, Dennis Hopper. :(
 
Prostate cancer's a rough one.

Jerry Orbach died from it too. He was in Dirty Dancing and Law & Order and many other places.
 
It's hard to accept the passing of a kindred spirit.

Well, my dad survived prostate cancer. He had it diagnosed at early stage in 1996 and had a removal surgically and successfully. Now he is very much alive and well at 73, a year younger than Dennis was.
 
i heard on yahoo news its sad to passed away no fun have cancer its serious!! Include Patrick Swayzne,Michael Landon and lots of mores they him!!

Umm, a humor part of Dennis was when he does it with his "fuck doll" in River's Edge film. My bf talked about it all the time. Dennis also gave me a laugh at his weirdo character part in Mario Brothers, Inc.
 
Prostate cancer is easy to deal with if caught early and dealt with. My dad had it and he's 86.

It's Pancreas Cancer that's a bitch to deal with, just ask Patrick Swayze.

Oh wait, he died too.

RIP Dennis Hopper

My oldest cousin got a prostate cancer and caught it so early. He is doing fine. He is only 56, going to be 57 this August.

Blue Velvet, Easy Rider, Giant....
