There were some fish from Japan in the debris , I hope they don't end becoming an invasive species and a voracious predator to our fish .

I live near government building called SEFAS my sister tests for radioactive water and finds it every month.they say natural occurring radiation but given they also check the two headed herring out makes you wonder...and yes I have seen two headed herring but I tend to think it natural phenomen like co-joined twins..

Other debris HAS washed up on the Oregon shore in recent years from that tsunami....
