Dealing with ISIS conversations

I recall about Al Qaeda's demand for US and non-Muslim countries, including Russia to exit from Middle East, end the support for Israel and secede any Muslim territories, that's case for Russia and possibly restrict our freedom of speech such as not depicting the Muhammomd. If all of demand meet so Al Qaeda is going leave us alone, I think it is already too late now.

I'm not sure about ISIS demand.

US and non-Muslim countries have interest in Middle East due to oil - that's vital for economy.

I prefer to nuke with Fat Man in ISIS territories like we did in Japan but people don't agree with nuke as best solution.
