A teacher from my daughters school who is now living back
In Hong Kong sent me this. The person in this Video is a
good friend of hers,

Damn, my ASL and signing ain't that good. Lemme see how much I understand of it.
 
wow i am personally amaze that i can understand abt 60-70% of this!
 
That's so kewl. I uddy mostly not 100%. Glad we get educate about SARS.
 
WOw.. that interesting.. its scarey to be around SARS.. since no cure or prevention yet..
 
Good on them. I have emailed the link to our Govt so they consider developing such a video in NZSL (New Zealand Sign Language) further to my request of such resources being made available to the Deaf Community about SARS.

that video about sars is make form Ontario, Canada. I am glad they warning in ASL. that's wonderful.
 
ive seen it after getting it via email -- i thought it was a GREAT thing to do -- i hope it becomes a common thing for us Deafies in cases of big epidemics that are found in the future after SARS and needs to be warned and educated clearly without any widespread misunderstandings :thumb:

i didnt have any trouble understanding the video in ASL
 
very interesting... i like that video. i only understand 99% of it.
 
I don't see anything new in that video since I have been glued to CNN about SARS. It's interesting to watch. Fairly could understand that video myself. :)

if you flew in China, and more countries in south east Asia in few weeks ago, that will happen to get sars.???

and more question to ask I can't remmy oh well
 
I copy that link to fowarding email to my friends this morning. few hours later, i got E-maill from Deaf guy I know him in real life. he said SARS is fraud. I was huh? i refuse reply cuz he's idot for saying to me. look at the media over the world about SARS. that mean really serious.
 
:shock: I understand about 99% of it. I don't understand few things what he said:
Flying to visit where: China, ... :dunno:
Two places already visited in the last two weeks .... :dunno: name of these two places (hospital head?)

now i understand it i am glad i understand it while my mom try tell me what sars is
