Is that television show still around because I haven't seen it in years????
 
yes, i've seen that show before. wasn't it on public television back in the 80s and 90s? if i remember correctly, the last episode aired sometime during the mid to late 90s.

I've always enjoyed that show. Maybe it's time for them to bring it back??

i did too. i'd love it if they brought it back on the air again. i especially liked the biographical focus they had on deaf individuals and their careers, interests and hobbies.
 
Yeah, I remember, I used to watch that program. I hope it will come back again in the near future. :fingersx:

Also, I used to watch the Dating game. Deaf men and women played there, with an interpreter years ago. It was interesting. Did you watch that program?
 
I believe Discovery channel was the one that carried the show on TV. They probably stopped showing it due to not many people watching it.

I enjoyed that show whenever it was on TV.
 
I've always enjoyed watching Deaf Mosaic in the late 80's and early 90's. It's no longer in syndication anymore.

It would be nice to see if it could return on the air. Of course, Deaf Mosaic would not be the same without it's hosts - Gil Eastman and Mary Lou Novitsky.

If Deaf Mosaic was ever to come back on the air, The new replacements will have a lot to live up to to carry the image of Deaf Mosaic.
 
I watched Deaf Mosaic when I was growing up...I loved it! It used to be on PBS every Sunday. I was so sad when Gil Eastman died, because I grew up with him. I was not allowed to watch Johnny Carson growing up, I was too young, but I watched Gil Eastman!

Guess what? You can watch ALL of Deaf Mosaic online! Every single episode. :)
