I did not feel like answering this, but I did. I am fluent in written English. I am learning ASL, so I am not fluent and it is an effort due to being new. Spoken English I used to be very fluent in, but am finding it to be more and more of an effort now. I also used to be fluent in spoken Spanish and German. When I speak Spanish now, the contractor thinks it's funny, but says I have the general gist right. German, I have totally lost due to not having anyone to keep it up with. I always practiced with my father.
