Deaf & Hard of Hearing Awareness Day

Six Flags Magic Mountain is proud to present Deaf & Hard of Hearing Awareness Day on Saturday, June 13, 2009. Sign Language Interpreters will be available at major shows and Guest Relations. Proceeds of ticket sales will benefit programs and services for GLAD, Inc. and WRAD, Inc. Deaf Awareness Day Flyer (click on the link I provided below to view the flyer.)

Tickets sales are open to families and friends thru WRAD, Inc.
Advanced ticket price is $25.00 each

*POUT* I miss going to MM!! Oh well! We might go next summer if money permit! Too hilly, so not sure how our kid handle that. But too much fun! :) Have fun!

I don't know if Six Flags themselves came up with Deaf Awareness Day or a Deaf association created a partnership with them. I agree, it is great to have them and wish it was global.
