Deaf Friendly Baby Monitor?

Hey everyone! Hearing gal with Deaf hubby here...
I am a first time mom and trying to register for baby stuff. I am checking around to see if there are any baby monitors that have vibrate/lights that you guys have liked. I know friends of ours that have light flashers when baby cries, but I am hoping that some smart company has just put flashers on the baby monitor itself. Any thoughts or recommendations?

Waaaay back when I had my babies, my monitor (the part I kept near me) had lights on it that would light up when noise/crying was detected.

This is what I use for my new born. They have a one owl option at target but I wished I got the two so I can watch my older kids too. It vibrate when there is sounds, and can connect to 4 owls on one screen. Super awesome
