Hello,
I have been an ASL student for the past two years, and I am currently writing a research paper for my communications class on Technology Communication and Culture. I am asking the research question, of what types of impacts that online communication technologies (such as Skype, YouTube, Facetime etc...) (and technology in general) have had on the Deaf culture differently than the Hearing culture. And I am also asking if this technology has created closeness or distance between the two cultures. I would love to get some information from anyone who would be willing to share their information. I would also like to add, that your information will remain anonymous in my research paper.
