DCE exam

I have my DCE(diploma in childcare and education) exam on wed 14th Jan. It is 3 hours long. I will be having 25% extra time although i hardly ever use the extra time but it is there if i need it. How much extra time is 25%?
 
Good luck with your exam. I have an exam too, on 6th February, which is also 3 hours.
