Hello !!! :):):) Alldeaf...

I just wondering... What your think of this.

Last Friday, I got e-mail from my daycare. She could not able to care of my two girls from yesterday and tomorrow because she has too many kids from this week of school vacation. She has limit with her license. So however.

My college interprets thinks It's discrimination and broken contract agreement. My Hubby asked me to fix another day care but I told them that My girls are only staying day care every tuesday and thursday plus she do drive and pick up my daughter at elementary school to her daycare too She is very nice lady but just very few happens that I am struggle to find a baby sitter for my girls and me as student to be there in class?

Also I do not pay her too..

Could I keep my daycare or decide new one day care??? :dunno:

U say that u dont pay her. Do the other children's parents pay her? If so, then they probably have a priority over your children. It is all about business. If u want to stay with that daycare, maybe u will have to come up with a contract to start payment and an agreement that your children are priority?

If nothing can be worked out, then I suggest to find another daycare.

Good luck!

Maybe you might need talk to her and see if you can work thing with her out. I dont want give you wrong advice about find other or stay same.

For me, I don't trust some daycare. I raised my son that I didn't work.

My question to you is the other parents paying her?....What sort of contract agreement did you two agree upon?....

You don't pay her to pick up your daughters and dropped them off at the day care? You should pay her something for her gas traveling time, that's what I'll do.

So, you mean that the babysitting Provider has a home daycare, and she is only to pick your daughter up from school and dropped her off to another day care? or to her home? I'm confused on this one. She's correct for one thing, when she is a licensed Day Care Home provider she has to follow the limited laws based on how many children she can watches under her care, she can't go over that limited. ;)
