Three police officers in Gardena, California, shot and killed Ricardo Diaz Zeferino while responding to a police call he made. He was unarmed, but officers fired at him eight times. The police department tried to stop the release of this video for two years.

Judge Stephen V. Wilson had ordered the city of Gardena to pay $4.7 million to settle a lawsuit with Diaz-Zeferino’s family and another man wounded in the shooting.

the guy wearing a hat was being very shifty but it was probably due to officers' confusing commands
 
WTF! The guy calls about his bike be stolen and the cops kill him , he was unarmed and not near the cops . The cops should had gotten fired but I know would not happen.
