You mac might dislike d-link.. Ha.. Jk..You aren't alone who had issues with d-link router. Yes Sorenson repair set d-link router to installed between my laptop and Sorenson VP. He modified configuration settings and DMZ settings. Few weeks later I started to notice that D-link router have some issue, like disconnect itself for no reason. I believe that d-link and configuration are severe issues. I dislike how d-link control between their configuration and my cable modem configution via d-link router. I fed up with D-link router and ditched it out, because d-link configuration controlled cable modem's Motorola configuration that is more conflict. . I just plug the Ethernet into my laptop directly cable modem without d-link router as no problem.
