yeah its difficult...getting good cousellors yes need certificate but also good understanding from them.
Quality is wrong thinking, think more like getting the most understanding counsellor counts more than how much you pay for them. you can spend too much on high qualified counsellor but this counsellor might not understand or worse pretend to understand, and that make worse in long run
