anyone have exprience with CI's headaces and migraines? did surgery again for remove CI's?

I had a cochlear implant done in 1992 and when I was 9 years. I not using my cochlear implant hearing aid so far but without it,now I am 25 year old
having alot of numness in my hands and legs also alot of headaches and shocks on the side of my body with the implant, my neck, my head on that side and my eye is blurr and I am loosing blance on the side of my body and pain also any noise inside of my head with CI's

should I have to remove on my CI's ? or replacement new CI's? unnecessary ?

I wouldnt just blame the Ci for this. It sounds alot more serious than a CI. Have you seen doctors about this at all yet?

I'd recommend you talk to your Doctor and get to the bottom of it. I get wicked migraines, but they're unrelated to my CI, as I've had them ever since I was a child.

*sigh* another victim..

Need expose media , has to stop ci ..

I do not mean ci'ers who have no problem.. but other people who have problem their feeling due ci isn't satisfty without knowledge due parent pressure on their child.. not having rights.. where child can speak it out rights!

*sigh*
I'm sorry truly, r u having hard time miragines and others... why don't you try ask doctor and request remove your ci... where you need deserve no pain anymore through out your body numbness..

You need to talk to your doctor. I had the opposite reaction. I had terrible migraines before my CI surgery. Since surgery I have been taken off all my meds(8 pills a day) and migraine free since July.

Oh, I agree. Do have this checked out with your doctor.
