Yeah, when I watched CSI show, the caption tend to lag... (amiss, then too fast) then stopped working momentarily. I sure hope they get it fixed cuz I'd hate to miss what the show is saying. 
When I watch Law and Order on NBC, the caption works fine, and in any other broadcaster channels works fine as well.
