If you wanted to know an actor or actress who died in what movies, etc.....you can check out this site. 
All you have to do is look up the actor or actress' name, and you will find a list of movie deaths they did....there's even photos for every person in the movie who "died" in them.
Warning: Some of the photos are gory, so view at your own risk....one of them, I forgot her name (the actress), but it's in there, you can find a photo of her in the movie with just her head in the toliet. Ewwww.
