Don´t use deafness as an excuse. What´s wrong with her eyes? It´s just her senseless because she consider cell phone to forget her attention carefully. I use my eyes to watch the traffic and also drive the car as well to worry about my safety than worry about phone cell..I agree everything what Angel and others says the difference between deafness and hearing... I would suggest you go to google to check the statistic before you made judgement.
