It's amazing how quickly time flies when you're having fun hearing! December 22 marked the two year anniversary of my first CI surgery. Where has the time gone? I can still remember the apprehension (and excitement!) I had the night before surgery. It seems like so long ago, but in many ways, it feels like yesterday.

Tomorrow I will be celebrating my first Christmas with bilaterals! It has been such a wonderful experience being able to hear all of the sounds of the season! Two nights ago I enjoyed listening to a performance of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir on PBS. It was amazing hearing 360 voices blended together to create such beautiful music!

Here's wishing all of you a safe and blessed Christmas -- especially to those of you who will be celebrating your first Christmas with a CI! :)
 
Merry Christmas to u too!!! I undy about how time flies...my son was only 1 month old last Christmas and now he is a big boy walking all over the place getting into things. :)
 
Merry Christmas to you too! And to everyone else! I am off to my fiance's to exchange presents with him and his family and for Christmas dinner!
