Have anyone made out a living will yet? I think it is important to do so right now because never know when your time comes, You'll be prepare on where your children or pets would go, Who would be the guardian of your family? You should name one personal guardian (and one alternate, in case your first choice can't serve)

If you have already done a living will, Who did you choose to have your children or pets when you passed on?

I haven't done my living will yet, I am going to get it taken care of hopefully next week, I am putting down ^Angel^ as the guardian and my other hearing sister as a second alternate in case to be guardian of my boys. ;) What about you all?

Quite good question..

I have not made it all yet.. My hubby and I will discussion about this issues along w/my Dad in law.. what the best interests.... etc etc

So many major issues... eh

Good Question. I havent made out my will at all but hopefully. That I will soon. But I know what I will do with my assests. My son will go with my cousin in N.C. since she is godmother to my son.

Good question!

For me, I share custody of my daughters with their father so if one of us die, we will automatically have full custody.

I better start thinking of who would get to keep my dog and cat! Maybe my fiance but I dont know how he would feel about keeping my pets :giggle: I know he only puts up with them for my sake even though they adore him to death :)

Hubby and I have "living" wills that take care of our medical decisions.

We have regular wills to take care of our assets.

We don't have any minor children any more, so we don't need guardians selected. However, when our daughter was a child, we did have a will with guardianship prepared.

Guardianship wills can be prepared even before the baby is born.
