you noticed that their quality of Life with family is not all that good compare to hearing children. That should tell you trouble is brewing there. I do wonder if these kids know and use ASL and what type of school they go to and what type of friends they have (hearing friends or CI/deaf friends? ). Because I believe bi-bi is the key to well-adjusted life.
