I was born HOH and both my parents were hearing , and my daughter can hear fine and ,  her dad could too.  When my daughter had her baby my  hearing  audiologist told me to made sure my daughter had has baby hearing tested right away.  My  audiologist  was concerned that my grandchild would be born HOH  but she was not.
