CC messed up on TV and puzzled

My TV 20" CRT JVC has no cable box which is not needed in my bed room. for example at 9pm Grey's" tv show its all mess up spelling on that tv show, my living room TV it was fine but then at 10pm (after the tv show Grey's) FOx news the CC is back to normal.

Is it program tv show itself or what??

I just dont get it.

I think i ll try re program scan channels and see what happen ?

ANy advice or feedback will be great!

try to click to open the menu.. click on captioned... there is c1 and other numbers... try each to see if works well.. mine is c2
