Cats , warm cars and winter

We had a cat that used to do this. It never got hurt but I remember one time seeing it fall into the road when it hadn't gotten out soon enough before we where under way.

There has been stores on the news about people driving their car and hearing a crying sound and a poor cat is stuck under the hood all cut up . :( A mouse made nest in my car and it cost me almost $200 to have it removed .

I done it myself for free if just one family of mice:D

I don't know where ours was hiding but I suspect it jumped out when the motor got to hot to stand on! :shock:

The nest was way in the back and I did not know how to take my car apart. It required labor I could not do. I was told it would drop out but it never did .

A neighbor of mine motorcycle got chewed my chipmunks , they chewed on the wire and he had to pay to get it fixed . The squirrels could be hiding food for the winter in the car. I knew someone that kept finding dried food under the hood of her car.
 
Get the tomcat brand black plastic rat traps and put some penut butter in them. They work great. Squrrels can do some major expensive damage to cars.

And they can do expensive damage to houses too. I knew some people that called squirrels 'tree rats'.
