Captioning and Ch13 Fox news St Petersburg Fl

Think this is probably a post too specific as to area, but could not find a forum of this kind in this area.
What I would like to know is if other folks here have problems with Ch13 Fox news not providing captioning.
We contacted them, they of course blame our cable carrier-Brighthouse. And of course Brighthouse says Ch 13 the culprit.
Any information regarding this would be much appreciated

Here in Houston, Tx., this is an ongoing problem with each of the major stations (NBC..ABC..CBS..FOX..WB) and there is no reasonable solution to correct the problem of c.c. Look at it this way...recently ABC lost the audio of the 4pm newscast..the picture and c.c. were fine but there was an notice posted that the station was having a problem with the audio and would fix it ASAP....after twenty minutes, they did have the audio back up running. Now, take the other possibility...lossing the picture...how long do you think it would be before they got they got the picture back? Right! Really quick because they are losing $$$$ for each minute. Lose the c.c.!!!! they don't give a damn if it fix tomorrow. Why? Because they don't lose $$$$ when the c.c. is out. What is the problem here? ADA and FCC....both which are not worth a shit.
 
Same here in nashville. All 4 of the major news stations have the worst CC Ive ever seen. CC randomly cuts out and will be gone for upwards of 10-15 minutes before its fixed. I emailed Ch.4 (NBC) news here a few months ago because, everyday at 6:15pm the CC would cut off until 6:30. They got back to me and said it was because the guy that is in charge gets off at 6:15 and his replacement didnt come in until 6:30. I was like WTH, I guess us deaf people dont need to watch the news. Its actually fixed now, after about 300 emails
