He had a good long run with Law & Order. He started with the original, and went from there. Enjoy your retirement, Captin.

Only Detective Benson is still there, as is Fin. Detectives Stabler and Munch both retired. However, Benson recently became a Sargent, so a big step for her.

I've missed a lot of SVU so missed Munch leaving-- didn't even know he did!

Yeah, he did. It was a few weeks back, before Benson became a Sargent. Now that the Captain is gone, I wonder who will be the new one there?
 
The show has changed a lot. The vibe isn't the same. I still enjoy it, but miss some of those originals. Sad to see Florek's character go. Will be interesting to see the new dynamic with Benson running SVU.
 
I like Benson. There was a woman that partnered with Stabler a while back when she was trying other things. "Danni" I believe she was called. She was good. It'd be nice to see her come back to the show and interact with Benson. They were both strong characters.

There will NEVER be another district attorney as tough as Jack McCoy. He's a tough one to solve. In fact, he's the head DA there now.
 
come to think of it, haven't seen much of the "law" side on SVU lately.

Really miss the original Law & Order too. Have been watching the CSI shows more (minus the Miami one I hated that one)

I've been watching NCIS and NCIS: Los Angeles. I love both, but I gotta say though, Agent Gibbs is one tough cookie. I wouldn't wanna cross him any day. I get into interrogation, I'm a sitting duck-- literally. I've also been watching Blue Bloods and Hawaii Five-O, as well. I miss CSI: NY :(
