Canine Dads DON'T eat their puppies

Some people on this site mentioned a while back that the male dogs eat their puppies, and I never believed it, and I also know how many Deaf people LOVE making up stories, and I know this is not true!!

I was talking to a breeder last night, and he says it's definately NOT TRUE!!!
(At least not for beagles, anyway)......and I also spoke to a vet that agreed!
 
seprate room.. until puppies grow til 5 wks of age.. allow Dad see puppies..
Ain't going eat all.. Who say that?

Tiny puppies yes.. Mother will terroirst protection their litter... away from Dads.
